Analytics and advertising
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads tag. These services set cookies and collect standard usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you arrived at the site. We use it to measure traffic, understand which pages are useful, and see which ads lead to enquiries. The Google Ads tag also supports remarketing, so you may see our ads on other sites after visiting ours. You can opt out through Google Ads Settings, the Google Analytics opt out add on, or your browser’s cookie controls.
How your information is handled
Contact form submissions are delivered to us through our own infrastructure and internal tooling. We retain the information only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, after which it may be deleted.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate our business (for example, the service providers that host our website, deliver our email, and provide the analytics and advertising tools described above), or where required by law.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information in our care against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA.
